Great tool!

This is so useful and helps in tracking your food intake. My complaints are minor, but they are what keep me from giving it 5 stars. I wish that you could enter in yesterdays meals and still get a "completed" message. Sometimes Im just too tired to finish that last step at night. I also get slightly annoyed when the little "hints" pop up after a food has been entered, like "this food is high in saturated fat." Im on a low-carb, high-fat, moderate-protein regimen. I chose that food on purpose. Plus, Ive already eaten it! Telling someone after the fact doesnt seem useful. Other than those little annoyances, this is a great app!

Everyone wants to be healthy.

Im in High School and wanted to try to get in shape for a sport Im playing (havent played a sport in a few years, so Im a bit out of shape) and wanted to start tracking what I eat. Well, it appears that this is only for 18+, which Im not too happy about. Other people want to be healthy too.

Great app, but since annoying bugs

Without fail, each time I open the app and try to search for a food item, it will start to list results and then immediately crash back to the homescreen. Open it back up and all is well, until its time for the next meal, at which time the rinse/repeat cycle returns. But everything else about the app is amazing! Im down 12 pounds in 2 weeks thanks to tracking my foods.

I love it

This app is one of the best I have ever used.

Not bad - needs improvement

I like the app but it is a bit heavy, not always easy to log the right items, many look the same but the calories are very different. Most importantly I have raised the issue that their calculation method is wrong, they take the starting calories subtract meals and exercise. In fact Exercise should be added as you burn calories should have more calories available not less. It is a major flaw I are pointed out and yet nothing has been addressed.

Beats WW Tracker

I have been a user of MFP off and on for a few years. I renewed my WW membership right before their disastrous redesign of their tracking food system. MFP database of foods knocks them out the ballpark. It has all the foods I eat regularly, even ones considered obscure and more.

Valuable information

The calorie count and nutrition values help me choose my meals wisely.

Overall a great app

Thanks to so much user input, there is rarely a time when I have to manually input nutritional info for a food or beverage. Ive noticed that my most recent foods havent been updating, though. Since I tend to use a lot of the same foods in my recipes, they should be showing up in the Recent Foods search, but it only shows food older than the last couple of weeks. Perhaps this is user error, but if not, that feature could stand a little updating. Overall, very handy and simple to use.

This is a great app to help count calories. I have lost 10 pounds with the app and exercise.

Down 60 Pounds

With MyFitnessPal, keeping track of what I eat has never been easier. With this apps help, I was able to go from 280 pounds in January 2015 to just under 220 at the end of the year. Throw exercise into the mix, and Im positive you could lose more, faster.

Needs improvement

Most people, especially athletes, drink out of water bottles throughout the day and they do not measure in cups. Id rather not have to round up or down, Id like accuracy. Add more ways to measure water intake, its not that hard. Also the app has difficulty changing past entries and weights.

I love it!

Works well with my Fitbit to keep me on track. Handy and the food list is very inclusive.

Great App for conscientious eating!!

I love this App! At first I thought it would be tedious to log your food every meal. I realized that the act of logging, which take all of minutes, make you conscience of what you eat. When you do that, guess what? You lose weight safely. I have logged in now for 180 straight days. I lost 30 pounds since November. Great App
