I love this App! At first I thought it would be tedious to log your food every meal. I realized that the act of logging, which take all of minutes, make you conscience of what you eat. When you do that, guess what? You lose weight safely. I have logged in now for 180 straight days. I lost 30 pounds since November. Great App
