What a great app for tracking food and getting healthy. Its easy to use and has everything you need to reach your health and fitness goals. Once I started tracking my food intake I started to realize how much I was really eating. It really has changed my life. Only 4 stars because picking food could be easier and I would like to see more restaurant menus.
Refuse to have advertising on the home screen as many other obviously do as well. MANY long time users have left. ua does not care about what customers want. Forced advertising, too bad.
I tried signing up but it rejected me??? Saying I couldnt sign up during this time even though I have good internet connection????????? tf
Best tool out there for vegans (and omnivores alike....). Gives me the ability to see how much protein and iron Im getting in every day. And I LOVE how it syncs so easily with the MapMyFitness app. All of my workouts get tracked there and then I instantly get credit for it in the fitnesspal app. Love love love.
Really enjoying this app! The only thing I wish was clear on how to do was reset your weight and recommended amount of calories to consume and how much to lose per week etc. other than that minor thing, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to lose weight. Its been a week and Im already seeing slight- slowly but surely- progress!
Its so easy to keep track of nutrients with this app. I am on Jenny Craig AND normal food. I can plan my day in advance, and if I find I have planned too much of one nutrient, I substitute another choice of Jenny Craig. It couldnt be more helpful than it is in losing weight and staying healthy.
Pros: Track calories and nutrition easily. Barcode is phenomenal to add food quickly and accurately. Recipe entry is painless. Restaurant option helps for making good choices when eating out. Thoroughly impressed with the amount of food that has already been entered. Cons: Not a great way to track exercises, wish it allowed for more detail (I do not have a smart watch so I cant speak to the use of that type of device with the app).
