Im impressed. Never used a calorie counter before.
I live in Canadas NWT and all the foods Im able to buy are logged. Some days Im under, some days over. Aiming for 1lb/wk. Down 4.2lbs first week.
Im paying attention and not snacking.(too much!!!).
