Great app for changing habits
My goal is six pack abs at age 47. MyFitnessPal has helped me appreciate some potholes in my diet (eg sugar content of lowfat milk, and portion size of nuts and peanut butter). Im more accountable to myself using the app. I love that so many foods, meals and restaurants are already loaded. Ive tried other methods and apps to log nutrition and they werent easy/fast enough. Ive lost 50lbs over 28 months and have the last 5-10 before I reach 10% body fat and the abs pop (for the first time in my life). This app is one of my tools. Also SNAP Kitchen. Its truly 80% diet after all.
